Report says it is not clear if Xi has accepted the US president-elect’s invitation
KUALA LUMPUR: Continuous rainfall is anticipated to affect five states until Friday , says Malaysian Meteorological Department director-general Dr Mohd Hisham Mohd Anip .
In a statement released Thursday , he revealed that a weather warning, issued at 12.30pm, indicates that the affected areas include the entire state of Perlis, along with parts of Kedah, including Langkawi, Kubang Pasu, Kota Setar, Pokok Sena, Padang Terap, Pendang, Sik, and Baling. The warning also extends to Hulu Perak in Perak.
Furthermore, a continuous rain alert has also been issued for several areas in Kelantan, including Tumpat, Pasir Mas, Kota Bharu, Jeli, Tanah Merah, Bachok, Machang, Pasir Puteh, and Kuala Krai.Mohd Hisham urged the public to stay updated by checking the department’s official website, the myCuaca mobile app, or its official social media channels.
