The Commandant of the Police College, Patrick Adedeji Atayero, an Assistant Inspector General of Police, AIG, and directors in the Ministry of Police Affairs have signed a ministerial performance contract with the Minister of Police Affairs, Senator Ibrahim Gaidam, in accordance with the presidential mandate and the directive from the Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation.
He said, “As you know, security is sacrosanct for economic growth; meaning, our ministry plays a pivotal role in this administration. Your efforts are essential enablers for national development, and we must remain focused on our collective mission to enhance the well-being of our country.” According to Gaidam, the Performance Management System constitutes a key pillar of the ongoing reform within the Federal Civil Service.
