The Commission on Elections will file charges against those liable for the mismanagement of 2022 poll items that were discarded and found in Cavite, Commissioner George Garcia said Monday.
“Definitely po, pa-file-an namin ng kaso kung talagang may liability ang sinuman na in-charge diyan sa tinatawag na chain of custody,” Garcia said in a radio interview.
Garcia said Sunday while the boxes were for official ballots, the documents inside were training ballots.
