CHRIS EVANS was at pains to point out an awkward moment in his past when he thought his “house was going to fall down'.
The Virgin Radio breakfast show host said: “I had this experience once with the little hard tubular bits at the end of shoe strings, aglets, I think they are called. Well, one of those aglets got caught in the washing machine. It slipped through the holes in the washing machine and I thought the house was going to fall down.
