China Pledges More Support For Nigeria’s Development.

Deng Hongbo Vice Director, Office of Central Commission for Foreign Affairs, H.E. Qian Keming Vice Minister of Commerce and H.E. Chen Xiaodong Asst Minister of Foreign AffairsThis comes after the meeting between President Muhammadu Buhari and the Special Envoy of the President of China, on Thursday in Abuja.
Briefing journalists, the Minister for Foreign Affairs, Geoffrey Onyeama, said the meeting will provide a comprehensive overview of the cooperation between Nigeria and China. He said the Chinese government has promised additional support for the funding of the office of the President of the United Nation General Assembly to allow him discharge his duties effectively.
The meeting also reviewed progress in four airports under construction, security, agriculture, power and the Lake Chad.
