Countdown legend Carol Vorderman showed off her weight loss journey, as she managed to shed half a stone in just two weeks after attending a wellness retreat in Portugal
For years, Carol Vorderman has been a familiar face on our TV screens, and it's impossible to overlook her stunning figure. The Countdown icon has previously shared details about her weight loss journey, revealing that she managed to drop an impressive "half a stone" in just a fortnight.
The mum-of-two kept her followers updated via social media throughout her stay, and post-retreat, she shared that she was feeling "stronger, more flexible and happy as can be." Carol's celeb pals Louise Redknapp and Dame Kelly Holmes didn't hold back, commenting that she looked "stunning" and "amazing," Another fan praised her as "an inspiration to us all", reports the Daily Record.
She recounted being "put through her paces" by personal trainer Gemma and even enjoyed a workout session with fellow TV star Alex Scott. Sharing some of her workouts on X, then known as Twitter, Carol revealed that she had been taking part in yoga, paddleboarding, spin classes, and aqua aerobics among a number of other exercises.
