Similarly, the Catholic Archbishop of Kaduna Diocese, Most Rev Matthew Ndagoso, has urged Christians to sustain the change of heart experienced during the Lent season in preparation for Easter by starting to build a new Nigeria. The bishop, who called for a change of attitude and mentality towards governance by the ruling class, warned that their failures need not kill the dreams for a better Nigeria, adding that Nigerians must keep dreaming and working hard to realise the Nigeria dream.
Ndukuba who stated this while washing the feet of parishioners during the Passover service at the Cathedral Church of Advent, Life Camp Abuja, observed that Jesus demonstrated humility, servant leadership and love to all including Judas Iscariot, who He knew was to betray him. Southern Kaduna Christian Leaders Association has urged Christians to extend love and care for the less privileged neighbours during the Easter celebration.
