The Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN, has reacted to the inauguration of Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the President of Nigeria.Tinubu, who was declared as the winner of the 2023 presidential election by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, was sworn-in at the Eagles Square today, May 29 2023.

The body noted that the country is facing a number of challenges that require strong and decisive leadership, ranging from security concerns to economic struggles, adding that it was clear that there is much work to be done in order to ensure that Nigeria can reach its full potential.
