Bayelsa Queens head coach, Domo Okara has said his team is battle ready for their opening game at the 2022 CAF Women’s Champions League against Mamelodi Sundowns of South Africa.
The Prosperity Girls will be up against the defending champions at the Stade Grande de Marrakech on Monday .Bayelsa Queens are taking part in the competition for the time. Okara stated that his players have prepared well for the task ahead and will go all for victory against the Brazilians. “We have worked hard to get here and we’ve prepared and trained well coming into this tournament,” Okara told CAFonline.com.
“We’ve also watched some clips of Mamelodi Sundowns. We respect them as defending champions and we are going to give our best.”
