Buhari vs Atiku: INEC cancels 71,237 votes in Niger

Miri, who is also the Vice Chancellor of the Federal University, Lokoja, Kogi State, disclosed this on Tuesday at the Independent National Electoral Commission’s National Collation Centre, Abuja.

She also attributed it to cases of ballot box snatching and recorded cases of violence, though brought under control by security agencies in some of the affected areas. She announced that the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress , President Muhammadu Buhari, polled 612,371 votes, followed by the candidate of the People’s Democratic Party , Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, who scored 218,052 votes.
