Buhari’s village, Daura under lockdown as Emir’s palace records COVID-19 case
Mustapha Inuwa, secretary to the Katsina State government confirmed the closure of the palace.
Inuwa disclosed that samples were taken from the palace for CAlso, the State’s police spokesperson, SP Isa Gambo told reporters on Monday that Daura has been placed under lockdown with no exemptions.Gambo said; “Daura is under lockdown and so it shall be in every nook and cranny in the town without exception to anybody’s house, the police are just ensuring the lockdown order of the state government.”Meanwhile, NCDC on monday recorded thirty-seven new cases of COVID-19 in the state.
