Should the federal character principle that is in the system to ensure that there is equity and fairness in sharing positions of responsibility be jettisoned? How does the country start addressing the issue of competence in the system when somebody who scores 20 is given preference over the person who scores 80 or 100?
Look at the ministers, most of them are not professionals in the positions they put to them and people who do the job are the permanent secretaries. So, I think that the time has come that we want competence to prevail and until we have competent people in positions of authority, we are wasting our time and there will continue to be under development in Nigeria.It will not.
So, the government is killing the spirit of people and that is why God is not going to be happy with the leadership in the West if they don’t reopen churches for people to worship God.
