A church known as New Kingdom Ministry has allegedly attacked a worship center of the Brotherhood of the Cross and Star on Nsikak Eduok Road, Uyo , vandalizing their property. The church has insisted that they do not agree with the judgment of Hon. Justice Joy Unwana of the Akwa Ibom State High Court on the 17th of October, 2024, which ruled that the said property belongs to BCS.
He said, 'The fact of the matter is simple: the property in question is the subject of litigation. Hon. Justice Joy Unwana of the Akwa Ibom State High Court ruled on the 17th of October, 2024, that New Kingdom Ministry’s application lacked merit and was dismissed with the sum of N100,000.00 awarded against the applicant in favor of each of the 12 respondents.
