The Nation Newspaper BREAKING: Tinubu presides over FEC meeting
President Bola Tinubu is currently presiding over the Federal Executive Council meeting at the Council Chambers of the State House, Abuja.; the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Dr Folashade Yemi-Esan; and the Chief of Staff to the President, Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila.
Absent are the National Security Adviser, Mallam Nuhu Ribadu, Minister of Police Affairs, Ibrahim Geidam. At the last council meeting, held two weeks ago, the Minister of Information and National Orientation, Mohammed Idris disclosed President Tinubu’s stance on the safe return of kidnapped school students and other individuals kidnapped in Borno, Kaduna and Sokoto states, saying no dime of ransom payments will be paid on any of the victims.
