BREAKING: Panic as police storm Abia community over Inspector’s killing via politicsngr

POLITICS NIGERIA recalls that on Tuesday, an Inspector from Ndiegoro Police Station was killed by suspected IPOB members around Ohanku Road- Iheorji junction.

Some policemen from the station were on patrol around Iheorji when they came under attack by criminals suspected to be IPOB members.Seemingly angered by the attack, police officers stormed the community on Wednesday afternoon and made some arrests. The presence of police personnel caused tension in the area as youths who believed they could be randomly picked up by the security agents took to their heels.The Iheorji market is closed as of the time of publishing this report.
