A Federal Capital Territory High Court, Abuja, has given the secret police, Department of State Services (DSS) one week to charge the suspended Central Bank of Nigeria Governor, Godwin Emefiele to court if there are charges against him or release him. Justice Hamza Muazu gave the order in his ruling in a fundamental human rights suit filed by Emefiele to challenge his arrest and detention by the secret police.
