Ijaw elder statesman, Chief Edwin Clark, has called for the exclusion of Abia, Imo and Ondo states from the Niger Delta Development Commission .
According to the chieftain, the states were included in the first place in the 2000 NDDC Act for convenience, though a political aberration.
