Mr Akpabio had on Monday during the continuation of the investigative hearing held to probe the allegations of corruption in the NDDC alleged that contracts at the NDDC are routinely awarded to members of the National Assembly. Reacting to Mr Elumelu’s point of order, the speaker said it was unfortunate that journalists helped the minister in amplifying “what we all know is untrue.”
I hereby call on the minister to within 24-48 hours to publish the names, contracts, date and unveil the companies of the 60 percent projects that were given to the National Assembly.
