Two of the dead had underlying health issues.reports that the Chief of Staff to the President, Abba Kyari died of coronavirus on Friday in Lagos after battling with the infection for some weeks.
Kyari’s remains was taken to Abuja on Saturday and was buried at the Gudu Cemetery according to Islamic rites. According to the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control as of Friday night, the total coronavirus fatalities in the country was 17 while 493 cases have been reported so far.
