BREAKING: Kogi judiciary suspends over four-month strike

The suspension of the strike, according to a statement signed by the Kogi State Chairman Judiciary Staff Union of Nigeria , Comrade Emmanuel Waniko and Secretary, Comrade Sule Suberu, Sunday evening, will take effect from Monday 29th April 2019.

Other resolutions between the two party is that a committee be set up between the Executive and the Legislature to work out the modalities for the payment of salary arrears. “However, as you have heard, the National Judiciary Council in their quest to resolve the impasse sent a sub committee to the state and among other things were able to wade into the matter with the view for amicable resolution.
