The Nation Newspaper BREAKING: Heavy security as court rules on bail of Adeleke’s ally
There is heavy security at the entrance and premises of the Federal High Court Osogbo where Olalekan Oyeyemi, an ally of Governor Ademola Adeleke is standing trial for killing and terrorism. The counsel to Oyeyemi, an appointee of Adeleke, Edmund Biriomoni, had filed a formal bail application on seven grounds which the prosecution counsel, Francis Osie, opposed based on Section 162 and 165 of the Administration of Criminal Justice 2015.
