A former President of the Nigeria Football Association , Dominic Oneya is dead.
According to family sources, the former army general who hails from Agbarho community, in the Ughelli North Local Government Area of Delta state, died on Thursday at his Effurun GRA residence in the state.And between 1998 and 1999, the late army general was the military governor of Benue State during the reign of Abdulsalami Abubakar.
