The presiding judge , Justice Nkeonye Maha of the federal high court Abuja has stand down the hearing of the motion filed by the human rights activist, Omoyele Sowore for one hour.

This was as a result of the application made by Sowore's lawyer, Samuel Ogala who is holding brief for Femi Falana the lead counsel that was still on his way from the airport. He pleaded to the court to tarry a while in hearing the case.The matter was therefore stood down till 10 :42am . Sowore had asked the court to set aside the order permitting the Department of State Service to detain him for 45 days.
