The Federal High Court in Lagos State has ordered the release of Senator Orji Uzor Kalu from prison. Justice Mohammed Liman of the Federal High Court in Lagos had during a trial on Tuesday ordered that Kalu be released from Correctional Centre, TVC reports. Justice Mohammed Liman of the Federal High Court in Lagos had during a trial on Tuesday ordered that Kalu be released from Correctional Centre, TVC reports.was sentenced to 12 years imprisonment over N7.16 billion fraud, on December 5.had upturned the judgment in its ruling led by Chief Judge of the Federal High Court, Justice Amina Augie. The ruling held that the trial Justice, Mohammed Liman of the Federal High Court in Lagos acted without jurisdiction.
