The Nation Newspaper Boniface, Tella win historic Bundesliga title with Leverkusen
Super Eagles duo of Victor Boniface and Nathan Tella have achieved an extraordinary success of helping Bayer Leverkusen to their first-ever German Bundesliga title following a flattering 5-0 home win over Werder Bremen.
Yesterday, Boniface opened the floodgate of goals from the penalty spot in the 25th minute before Granit Xhaka doubled the advantage in the 60th minute.
