Boko Haram: Defence headquarters explains release of 1400 ‘repentant’ terrorists
The Defence Headquarters, DHQ, has provided reasons President Muhammadu Buhari government’s took the decision to free some ‘repentant’ members of Boko Haram terrorists.
Brig. Gen.
