Kayak nearly severed after struck by pleasure boat
The collision occurred on Indian Lake in Rideau Lake Township at about 3:30 p.m. The marine unit of the Leeds and Grenville OPP detachments tweeted a photo of the “scary situation” Sunday morning.“Kayaker struck by a passing boat not paying attention,” it said. “Boater charged with operating in an unsafe manner.”
