The Chief Executive Officer at Blakskill Limited, Olugbenga Omojola, said the primary goals of this initiative is to ensure favourable employment outcomes by effectively sourcing, screening and ultimately matching young female graduates with suitable job placements. The Chief Operations Officer, She Leads Africa, Adeola Tobi, said the collaboration would enable both organisations to empower Nigerian female youths and facilitate their transition into meaningful roles across various industries.
