Bi-Courtney insists MMA2 concession pact for 36 years
Bi-Courtney Aviation Services Limited , operators of the Murtala Muhammed Airport private terminal , yesterday, insisted it’s Build, Operate and Transfer with the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria is for a period of 36 years.
