Bersatu is yet to make a decision on former Malacca chief minister Abdul Rahim Thamby Chik's application to join the party.
"A decision has yet to be made by our leadership," party president Muhyiddin Yassin said at a press conference in Putrajaya today.The move was met with resistance from Kota Melaka MP Khoo Poay Tiong, who urged Bersatu toKhoo accused Rahim of being part of the 'Datuk Trio' – a group that gained notoriety in 2011 after screening a sex video to journalists, claiming that it depicted PKR president Anwar Ibrahim with a prostitute.
