The state commissioner for lands and survey, Amina Mohammed Katagum, made the plea at a quarterly meeting on the GRID-3 update held at her ministry in Bauchi, the state capital.Katagum said although circulars had been sent to the MDAs to forward additional/new geo-referenced facilities, utilities and services that may have not been provided on the GRID-3 programme, the responses were poor, indicating that the MDAs may not have derived adequate skills from the previous training.
