Erewa-Meggison stated that the forum also seeks to facilitate an open dialogue among industry stakeholders to assess the extent to which the private sector is embracing sustainable practices and implementing actions to safeguard the environment and support the communities in which they operate. “You can see that there is a lot change coming from the climate perspective and if we are not deliberate as we say we want to grow our business in a sustainable way, we will not protect the environment in a sustained way; it’s going to be difficult for us.”
