The Kano State governorship candidate of Labour Party , Mr. Bashir Ishaq Bashir, yesterday, said his party has concluded plans to send Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje and Ambassador Aminu Wali to political retirement in 2023.
