Hight was killed by police following the massacre. He was later determined to have a blood alcohol level that was four times the legal limit when he drove to his wife, Meredith Hights’ home, where she was hosting a party. Spencer Hight, pictured, killed his estranged wife Meredith and seven others at a football-watching party at her house Glass has been charged with a misdemeanor for violating a Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code titled ‘Sale to Certain Persons,’ according to authorities.
