The Inter Milan legend said this while speaking with PlanetWin365 when asked to name his Ballon d’Or pick for this year. “I think [Lionel] Messi deserves it because he managed to fulfil his dream of winning the World Cup as an absolute protagonist,” Zanetti said.Messi recently led Argentina to win the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar last December.
