Australian Open semi-finalist Victoria Azarenka has said that she feels sympathy for Novak Djokovic and pleaded for players not to be treated as “villains”.
Djokovic was reportedly unhappy the validity of his toilet break during a second-round win over France’s Enzo Couacaud “I don’t think people fake injuries, I do think sometimes players stretch the severity of the injury because it depressurises them and helps them play better,” he added.
