From being an agriculturalist to a journalist, and later, civil servant, Ahmed Joda became famous when he was tagged a Super Permanent Secretary during Nigeria’s Civil War, between 1966 and 1970. The retired permanent secretary, also served as the chairman of the transition committee that ushered in the President Muhammadu Buhari administration in 2015.
