Atiku going to tribunal is a distraction says Ogbemudia Jr vanguardngr.com vanguardnews
Speaking with Vanguard yesterday in Benin City, Ogbemudia also urged Buhari to redouble his efforts to reposition Nigeria for development just as he challenged him to increase focus on security and reduce the use of Nigeria as a dumping ground for all manner of products across the world.
He said; “I see his going to the tribunal is a distraction from the power sector probe and the oil blocs’ allocation because they believe that if they just keep quiet, the probe may tell on them. Although the probe will continue that is what they are just trying to distract the world from.“They know they cannot succeed with what they want, there is no way they can get the presidency through the court, it is just a distraction for this government.
On tasks before Buhari, Ogbemudia said; “He should improve on his good works, he should continue what he is doing but at the same time increase the monitoring of what is being done and coming into the country.
“He should check sales of illegal drugs, fake products coming into the country because they see Nigerian as a dumping ground for those things”
