In analysing some of the landmark achievements of the administration, especially in the first term, commentators always find a way to identify the imprint of the Vice President on some of the policies and programmes. The idea of the social investment programmes and what was accomplished through the different vehicles, even with the limited resources, will always stand out for me.
That might have been not just on account of the impact of the programme in their lives, but on account of Osinbajo’s personality. Obviously blessed with the gift of the gab and intellectual depth, his magnetic personality and ability to connect at every level has won him many admirers at home and abroad. “As a man of faith, Prof. Osinbajo would never wish anyone evil.
