Arsenal manager, Mikel Arteta has been named the Barclays Manager of the Month, in the Premier League for November and December 2022.
Odegaard becomes the second Norwegian to win the accolade after Manchester City striker Erling Halland bagged his in August 2022.
As seen on Arsenal’s official website, Odegaard said, “It feels great. I’ve said a lot of times this team has a lot of young, hungry players and we play so well with each otehr.The 24-year-old is the first Arsenal player to win the EA SPORTS Player of the Month award since Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang in September 2019, producing three goals and three assists across November and December, the most goal involvements by any EPL player during the period.
He beat others nominees like City’s Haaland, Manchester United’s Casemiro and Marcus Rashford, fellow team mate Bukayo Saka, among others to clinch the award.All rights reserved.
