Army helicopter crashes, kills four, injures others
An Indonesia army MI-17 helicopter has crashed in Central Java Province, killing four crew members and injuring five others.Those injured were evacuated and taken to the hospital.
“The incident killed four crew members and injured five others,” Indonesian Army spokesman, Nefra Firdaus said in a statement. Firdaus also disclosed that before the accident the helicopter had undergone a pre-flight check and was found to be in good condition.However, this is the second time a military helicopter has crashed in the past two weeks.
