The Headquarters 33 Artillery Brigade of the Nigerian Army Bauchi will conduct a three-day shooting exercise in Shadawanka village and environs in Bauchi State.
The exercise is a routine training activity which involves the movement of a large number of troops and firing of live rounds of small arms.
In a statement issued by acting assistant director of Army Public Relations, Captain Ayorinde Amojokun, he said the annual shooting would be conducted from today to Friday, April 14, 2023 from 6:30am to 6:30pm daily at the Shadawanka Military Shooting Range in Bauchi. Ayorinde enjoined the general public especially Shadawanka villages and environs not to panic on hearing sound of gun shots within their general area.
