The Court of Appeal on Friday voided the judgment of the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory that sacked the Executive Council of the Peoples Democratic Party in Anambra State.
The appellate court upheld the separate appeals that were brought before it by the PDP and Uchenna Obiora respectively. In the separate appeals, the court held that the trial court lacked jurisdiction to hear the suit bordering on the leadership of the party.
