Njoku expressed his commitment to upholding the rule of law and acknowledged the importance of adhering to the judiciary's decision.

On November 29, 2024, Edozie Njoku , the self-proclaimed chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance ( APGA ), stated he would comply with the Supreme Court 's decision recognizing Sylvester Ezeokenwa as the authentic national chairman. Njoku, addressing journalists in Abuja, affirmed his commitment to the rule of law and indicated that he would not obstruct the judiciary's efforts to maintain order and stability in Nigeria. He also emphasized that the people of Anambra state would have their say in the upcoming election
