A second man has been arrested in connection to a 2022 homicide on Chugach Way in the Spenard neighborhood, according to the Anchorage Police Department.
APD arrested Vincent J. Sandifer, 20, on Thursday after learning of his location near the 1200 block of West Dimond Boulevard.
Sandifer had been identified as a suspect in the killing of Brad Robert; the first suspect, Anthony C.
