APC Scribe Seeks Understanding Of Nigerians Over Current Hardship

National Secretary of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) Senator Surajudeen Ajibola Basiru has appealed to Nigerians to be patient with President Bola

He spoke at a grand reception organised for him in Osogbo, by Osogbo, Olorunda, Irepodun/Orolu federal Constituency of the APC following his appointment as the National scribe of the party.

Dr. Basiru who insisted that the removal of fuel subsidy is the only alternative for buoyant economy that would impact positively on Nigerians in no distant time begged for the endurance of the hardships occasioned by the removal of the subsidy. He however told his supporters that the federal government has released palliative to the state government to be disbursed to the people appropriately, adding that Osun State has received its own share.

Basiru also charged members of the party in the state to remain steadfast and continue to work for the party at the grassroots with the assurance that the party will soon bounce back to govern the state. He acknowledged the reception organised in his honour by his constituency and promised not to let them down by performing his duty as the national secretary of the party diligently.
