Dr Abdullahi Ganduje, the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has criticized the Governor of Kano State, Abba Yusuf, for using diversionary tactics to cover up his failure to deliver to the people of the state. Ganduje described the governor's actions as unfortunate and an attempt to shift public attention from the lack of development in the state.
The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC , Dr Abdullahi Ganduje has told the Governor of Kano State , Abba Yusuf to stop using diversionary tactics to cover up for his failure to deliver to the people of the state. Ganduje, in a statement issued Friday by his Chief Press Secretary, Edwin Olofu described the latest antics of the governor as unfortunate.
'They failed to take judicial notice of the recent pronouncement of the Federal High Court in Kano which ruled that the so-called offence I am being accused of is a federal offence that can only be prosecuted by the Attorney General of the Federation and the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission .
