The All Progressive Congress (APC) in Kogi State on Saturday held a peaceful affirmative ward congress across the 21 local government areasnof the state.
The party decision do go by the affirmative pattern was based on the directive of Governor Yahaya Bello through his deputy Chief Edward Davaid Onoja on Friday.
DAILY POST, who monitored the ward congress in some local government areas in Kogi state, observed that it was peaceful. Elsewhere in Kogi West, APC party members were seen in orderly manner, while the distribution of party materials recorded a hitch-free process. For the Kogi State Commissioner of Environment, Chief Victor Omofaiye, the All Progressives Congress in Ijumu Local Government Area is united and working assiduously for the progress of the party.
