The court voided the congresses that produced the delegates for not complying with the electoral act.the delegates system and opted for a direct primary election.In a letter addressed to the Independent National Electoral Commission , Abubakar Kyari, acting national chairman of the APC, said after the exercise, there would be a special congress to ratify the candidate with the highest votes.
