After the success of his first Frank Herbert adaptation in 2021, Villeneuve returned to the world of Arrakis with Dune: Part Two earlier this year.
With Dune: Part Three now confirmed to be in development, Villeneuve teases in a recent interview with Variety that Taylor-Joy will be returning as Alia in the upcoming sequel.
